Premier Pumps

Premier pumps is well equipped with machinery like heavy-duty lathes, cylindrical grinding machine, dynamic blancing machine and host of other machinery. All the pumps produced by Premier are built in-house. Now Premier Pumps can build pumps upto capacity of 17000 M3/Hr.

Inspections of the components are done at different stages of machining and before taking up for assembly. Rotors are dynamically balanced on the dynamic balancing machine. After, through inspection of the components, we assemble the pump and hydro test the same to a pressure of 3 Kg/cm2(g). Every Pump so assembled is tested thoroughly on individual test beds provided, for its airflow at different vacuum levels, power consumption etc. The Vacuum Pumps are tested to BS 1571/1975 Part 2 and the results recorded.

Premier pumps manufacturing facility is spread across 4 acres lush green environment friendly land at Hyderabad, India. The company is well equipped with all the machinery in-house to cater to all the requirements of its customers.
